Signing in to your account

• Were you a learner on the old site? Your account, progress and journeys came with you. Sign in with your email address or username, and the same old password.
• Prefer Google? Choose "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page. If your Google account uses the same email, you'll reach the same account.
• Forgot your password? Choose "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in page, or ask for a sign-in link to be sent to your email.
• Didn't get the email? Wait two minutes, then check your spam folder.

Membership and payments

• You manage your membership from the My account page: change your payment method, get receipts, and cancel your membership.
• If you bought a journey and it doesn't appear in your account, reload the page after a minute. If the problem stays, write to us.
• The refund terms are in the refund policy.

The video won't play

• Reload the page, and check your internet connection.
• Try another browser, or turn off ad blockers for this site.
