Buying a knowledge journey

If you bought a knowledge journey and would like your money back, you can have it within 7 days of the purchase date, provided you haven't completed the journey.

Monthly and yearly membership

You can cancel your membership at any time from the My account page, and it won't renew after that.
Your membership stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Payments for a period that has already started are not refunded.

How to request a refund

Write to us at info@basira.center from the email registered to your account, and mention the journey's name. The amount goes back to the same payment method you used, and the journey is closed in your account.
